Between 2015 and 2018, on behalf of the investor Signature Capital GmbH, a city district located between the main train station and Elberfeld's city center was developed in collaboration with the international architecture firm Chapman Taylor and the city. The district includes several thousand square meters of retail space, a parking garage, logistics areas, a tunnel connection for the federal highway, bridge construction, and a multi-level city plaza. The project was awarded the prestigious Polis Award for Urban Development.
